Design Research Intern with Prateeksha Singh , Head of Experimentation, UNDP Asia-Pacific and founder of Mpathy.ca
May 2019-August 2019
Co-designed and participated in Gender Bender competition (2019) with Prateeksha, The project we submitted was titled, "Collective Sensibilities: Imagining an Inclusive India". It was shortlisted in the top 30. My role was to conceptualise and design a speculative and systemic immersive exhibition.
Facilitated and co-designed workshop with Prateeksha on her inclusive and plural future Lotus Framework, which received the 2019 Joseph Jaworski Next Generation Foresight Practitioner Global award.
Co-founder of Flow Reci Media pvt. ltd, Bangalore
2015 - 2017
Co-founded and ran a gamification-based training company. My responsibility ranged from ideation of the game, designing the product, facilitating sessions, sales, presentation, marketing and crafting tailor-made gamified learning processes for and with different firms.

2014 - 2015
Created internal videos and content for the HR team initially. Then moved to Seller Market Place, which required constant coordinating with technical and design teams and upper management and writing and designing communication collaterals. Creating seller tutorial videos from conceptualisation to execution and writing the periodical internal newsletter saved them the time and burden of hiring an external agency.
